Registering for an appointment
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be credited to your fingerprint balance.
The time you pick now will be the purposed time of print. An agent from our office will call you to verify or adjust time.
Travel fees will be applied. $30 for first 7 miles from our office. $5 each mile after that.
All applicants must have a valid government issued photo ID and their completed RI-030 form to their appointment. If you need a blank RI-030 from, you can download it here.
Please clean your hands before the appointment to ensure good prints.
